Little Bit About Me

Winslow Bent was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He moved to the Rocky Mountains when he was 18, going to Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. After college he became a chef, attending Cooking School of the Rockies in Boulder, Colorado. When not in the kitchen, Winslow enjoys hiking, skiing, caving and restoring Toyota Land Cruisers. He has traveled extensively throughout South-East Asia. His future interests include food writing and documentary film. He currently resides in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, which he describes as "a good place to hang your hat."
